G’day. My name is Mike. You’re listening to Lone Wolf Unleashed, where I help you switch off sooner and live larger.
This week is the last week of the year that I’m going to be releasing episodes, but I’m going to talk a little bit more about that later this today. We’re going to do a debrief on how my event went on the 5th of December. It was my first event. It was Freedom Forward.
It was a full day workshop that walked through my 5Ps. We had a great turnout of around 10 people.
And it was a wonderful time to be able to walk people through how I help people, but also for them to be able to have the time and space to be able to really think through what the processes of their business look like. The day started, I was super nervous presenting in front of people. You know, once I got in the groove, it was much better.
We started out just with an opening where I walked people through what it was like and why.
We set up systems to really get them to think about why they started their business in the first place, to think about what they want their lives to look like and how they want their business to serve their lives. That was really rewarding.
And I think, you know, as we walked through the day, the thing that really stuck out to me was that people didn’t engage with the goals that much. They didn’t deal with the big stuff that much.
What they did was they really focused in on, shared on the really tiny things, the really small moments. Now I have done an episode on Moments. You can go back and listen to that one.
It was really interesting to hear people just share what moments they wanted more of. And that was almost entirely unprompted. I was like, oh, no, we want to. We want to see what our Next, you know, 12, 24 months looks like, right?
And they’re like, I just want to walk my dog more. It was really interesting just hearing how they engaged with that.
And, you know, then we moved through and the way that we structured the day was that we had a presentation space and we had a workspace. It was all in the same room as a big day and in a big room.
And I will be putting up some photos on my website from the day so you can see what it’s like.
But basically what we did is we had a time for me to present to people and then a time for us to work through the workbook and doing the different activities that were in there, to really think through the structure of their business, to think through their processes. And how to make things better.
The key takeaway for me was at the end, they started to form up a roadmap of the different types of things that they can implement to improve how their business works. What became abundantly clear throughout the day is that the participants who were there didn’t know how to move forward with implementing.
They’re like, okay, this is a great idea, or now I’ve got this on paper. I don’t actually know, like, what the first step is to implement this thing is.
And it was really nice to be able to hear that because I’ve been running this since July and to be able to have that sort of validation there for me to go, okay, this is something that I can really help you with. You know, you have your roadmap here, but you’re really busy, right? How do you move forward with that?
How do you have accountability in taking massive action towards doing this if you already have not much time? It was really, really nice to be able to engage with people and move through how they can actually implement this in 2026.
Now, there’s a whole range of different processes here that people work through. We had a very broad range of different types of business owners in the room. Most of them were solo or, or very, very small business.
But we had anything from cleaners to electricians to claims management help to authors or publishing. It was really, really interesting to hear different people’s experiences.
And I’m just so thankful that I had the opportunity to engage with such a broad range of people. I think one of the things that working in this type of line of work is the number of different industries that you get to engage with.
I’ve worked in everything from agriculture to insurance in a really large enterprise space. But to be able to engage people, you know, I want to be able to see the whites on their eyes. I want to be able to see and work with them.
Do you know what I mean? And I want to hear what they have planned. I want to hear how they themselves are struggling with this thing called business. Right?
Because we all do, we all do that in some way. You know, to be able to see those little light bulb moments about how they can make things better is really rewarding.
I did wrap the day on giving a launch offer to the participants. I’m launching the community in January. I’m finalizing the content for that now.
But basically the premise of it is going to be that we have this roadmap.
You have things that you want to work on next year that are going to move the needle in terms of how your operations in your business works, you don’t know how to get there, you don’t know how to implement, you don’t know where to get started. That’s what the pack is for. It is going to help you move forward through making those plans and those strategies come to life.
So I want to put this to you. There is going to be a launch offer as well. For my podcast listeners, the normal price is 2,500 US per quarter.
What we can do is the launch offer is going to be, you can get into the community. It’s up to 10 seats. The first 10 seats of the community is going to be a thousand dollars US for each quarter.
That is for as long as you like to be in there. That is for a lifetime.
One thing I will say is on the day I said, look, there is going to be annual pricing, but I can’t recommend that because, you know, if you get the results in the first 90 days, then there’s no point in continuing. One of the participants said, oh, that’s awfully integral of you. Why would you not try to upsell? And I said, look, my interest is your best interest.
I sacrifice all the time on trying to maintain transparency. Yes, I would love for you to be able to sign up and get the discount for annual pricing. It would normally be around eight grand US a year.
But honestly, if you’re finding results in the first quarter, I’m not going to encourage you to sign up for the annual plan straight away. Get in there, see what it’s like, see what results you get.
I promise you it’s going to be something that if you commit to it, it’s going to start freeing you up hours. You’re going to be starting to implement these things that will basically change your business and change your life.
I just want to say thank you so much. This is my last episode of the year. I’m not sure where content is going next year yet. I’m sort of making up a plan.
If podcasting does not continue, you can head over to my YouTube channel, Mike Fox Lone Wolf Unleashed. You can head over there. The link to that will be in the description of the episode. And I want to thank you for taking this journey with me.
It’s been a labor of love doing the podcast and I just want to thank you so much for you and your time. I know there’s so many things you can be doing right now other than listen to me, but I just want to thank. I’m so.
I’m just filled with gratitude, so I just want to put that out there. I just. I thank you so much for listening this year with me, and I wish you and your family a merry Christmas. I hope you have some time off.
Make sure you take some time off. Don’t spend your Christmas at the laptop, okay? Make sure you take some time to yourself. Make some plans for next year.
Don’t go too hard, and I’ll see you in 2026.
