Hey,
I went whale watching last week in Hervey Bay with the family. I realised I hadn’t scheduled an email to go out, and you know what? I didn’t worry about it.
That was the only time I thought about ‘work’ for those days when we were away. It gave me time to reflect on things.
Life is busy no matter what. We will always find things to fill our time with, whether it be business or otherwise.
It reminded me that we live life as a series of moments. And while business is important, it’s been good to take stock and remember that these moments with my wife and kids are the ones I want more of.
So, this is a small reminder today. No automation hacks or epic strategies on freeing time.
Just a reminder to be intentional.
We have one life. Live it on purpose.
