• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

Refunds

Refund eligibility varies by program and is specified in the relevant program terms. Generally:

• Digital products and services delivered are non-refundable
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced

Programme Materials

• Record coaching sessions without express permission

8. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our community (including but not limited to Circle, group calls, or events), you agree to:

• Treat all members and staff with respect
• Keep discussions constructive and professional
• Maintain confidentiality of information shared by other members
• Refrain from soliciting or promoting your services to other members
• Follow any additional guidelines posted in the community

We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any particular business results, outcomes, or financial gains will be achieved

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances. Past results of our clients do not guarantee future results.
